Welding of PP filter element for water purifier

There are two welding processes used for the PP filter element of the water purifier. The two end caps of the filter element are welded using ultrasonic technology, and the middle section is welded using ultrasonic rotary melting technology.

Firstly, the PP cotton and PP end cap are welded using ultrasonic technology. Carbon powder is added to the end cap, and ultrasonic waves are used to press and seal the edges around the PP cotton; Afterwards, the middle part of the water purifier filter element will be welded using rotary fusion welding technology, ensuring stable and firm welding.
