This machine is mainly used for synthetic fiber fabric treatment, trimming, sealing, perforating, cutting and shaping. Such as: lace garments, ribbons,

handkerchiefs, tablecloths,curtains, tents, disposable masks, non-woven fabrics and so on.

Trimming: Adopting specially designed roller blades, it can trim both continuous curved edges and smooth straight edges.

Embossing/coloring: transferring colors on fabrics through transfer paper, making the products gorgeous and beautiful.

Welding: Continuous spot or zigzag welding effectively seals two or more fabrics together without the need to change sewing needles.

Perforating: Holes of different sizes are punched by ultrasonic vibration to form the required specific pattern.

Shaping: Usually two or three layers of fabric are cut and embossed to form a specially shaped product.
