Equipment introduction:

1、Welding mold

The hot riveting mold and the equipment template moving mechanism are fixed by screw connection.

Welding head adopts buried temperature control method;

The tire mold and the hot riveting mold are positioned by the way of guide pillar guide sleeve and fixed by screw connection.

The tire film is made of aluminum alloy to ensure that the workpiece is taken and placed without damaging the outer surface of the product, and the CNC block processing method ensures the positioning accuracy of the tire mold.

2、Pre-pressure unit

 The hot riveting mold is equipped with a pre-pressure unit to ensure that the workpiece parts assembly fit when welding, no gap. The pressure can be adjusted.

3、Driving system

The template moving mechanism is driven by cylinder.

PLC control is adopted, and the human-machine interface can adjust the control parameters.

4、Safety equipment

The equipment is equipped with double protection function (safety grating) to ensure the safety of operators.

The equipment is equipped with a double start button; an emergency stop switch.

5、Control system

The equipment adopts PLC control system, and the man-machine interface operation window adjusts each welding parameter.

Equipped with electrical appliances, gas circuit control cabinet, electrical and gas circuit independently separated.

The electrical part of PLC adopts Siemens or the same level of configuration.
