Working Principle:

A rotary welding machine is typically used to join two circular thermoplastic workpieces. During the welding process, one workpiece is secured in the bottom mold, while the other rotates on the surface of the fixed workpiece. Due to the applied pressure between the two workpieces, the frictional heat generated melts the contact surfaces, forming a strong and airtight bond.
